  To qualify for the program, you must: 1) Have an ESI ID number that starts with prefix 10 2040497. 2) Be a residential electric customer of TNC. Your residence must be metered by and directly connected to TNC's distribution system. 3) Be the occupant of an existing single-family, multi-unit dwelling, business or mobile home.
 
Appliance must be used on a full-time basis as a secondary unit. Primary units that have been recently replaced are not eligible.
