Refrigerators, freezers and room air conditioners
$50 incentive check for the first refrigerator or freezer and $35 for the second refrigerator or freezer
No incentive check for the pickup of a window air conditioner
A window air conditioner can only be picked up in conjunction with the pickup of a refrigerator or freezer
Must be working and cooling
Refrigerator or freezer must be 10-27 cubic feet
Two refrigerators/freezers or three window air conditioners allowed per calendar year
To qualify for the program you must: 1) Be a residential retail customer of Two Harbors Electric Department. 2) Own the refrigerator, freezer or window air conditioner and it must be picked up at a location listed on the billing account.
