Receive $50 when you turn in a refrigerator or freezer for recycling.
Receive a $25 bonus if you also recycle a room air conditioner at the same time as your refrigerator or freezer pickup.
You must be a BGE residential electric customer with a valid account number to participate.
You must own the appliance(s) you intend to recycle, and they must be in working (cooling) condition.
The $25 reward for recycling a room air conditioner is available only to customers recycling the room air conditioner at the same time they recycle a refrigerator or freezer.
Refrigerator or freezer must be cleaned out and room air conditioner must be removed from window prior to pickup.
Eligible refrigerator or freezer must be 10-27 cubic feet in capacity.
Your appliance(s) will be picked up, at no extra cost, from the address listed on your BGE residential electric billing account.
Limit of two (2) large appliances (refrigerator and/or freezer) and two (2) room air conditioners per BGE residential household per year.
